Engine Management

Modular engine management system designed for two- and four-stroke petrol engines, providing reliable control without reliance on external computers or complex configuration interfaces. The system is optimized for compact size, low weight and stable operation in outdoor and airborne environments.

System Architecture

The engine management system is built as a modular architecture consisting of separate functional units. This approach allows flexible system configuration based on application complexity, available sensors and required control scope.

The control module enables both minimal sensor configurations as well as full engine control setups, depending on system requirements. Architecture design emphasizes predictable behaviour, traceable configuration and long-term operational stability.

Detailed functions and specifications are available in our documentation.

Functions

The system provides engine control, monitoring and data handling capabilities required for reliable operation across varying operating conditions. Standard functionality includes:

  • Control of one to four sequentially controlled injectors

  • 6 inputs for temperature measurement

  • Fuel level measurement in the fuel tank

  • Fuel consumption measurement

  • 2x voltage measurements

  • Ability to connect Wideband Oxygen sensor

  • Electrical control of fuel pressure

  • Switch between ECO and MAX power mode

  • Ability to connect Flight Control Display

  • Timers

  • alarms

  • Engine’s temperature control
