Servo Box
Servo Box systems act as a central interface between the autopilot and mechanical subsystems of the aircraft. They manage signal conditioning and monitoring for servomechanisms and connected flight-critical components. Each Servo Box is developed as a custom solution based on the aircraft architecture and system requirements.
Functions
Servo Box functionality is defined by the system topology and required level of control, monitoring and redundancy. Typical implementations include:
Centralized power distribution and backup for servomechanisms and flight control systems
Signal conditioning and amplification between autopilot and servo actuators
Individual servo power consumption monitoring with fault detection
Current monitoring of each power supply branch
High-voltage switching channels for auxiliary subsystems
Export of operational and diagnostic data
